Internet and wi-fi
Wifi is available free of charge and without time limit.
If you use a sim card from an EU country, you can make calls and use data in Italy for the same prices as in your home country.
Otherwise, get a data e-sim quickly and easily on the web airalo.com.
Shops and supermarket
Food and takeaway snacks can be purchased at the Hudson News mini-market in the public arrivals hall.
After the security check, you will come across two duty free shops and several souvenir shops. Due to the size of the terminal, don't expect a wealth of shopping options.
Restaurants
There are only 4 restaurants open in the entire terminal.
In the Arrivals Lobby you can buy snacks at the Briciole Bakery and Café, and in the Departures Lobby Public Area you can use the MyChef pizzeria with the longest opening hours of all the dining options (4:00-0:00).
There is one small bar and bakery available after security check.
Luggage storage
Florence Airport does not offer a luggage storage service for passengers.
Drinking water
Although you won't find special water fountains in Florence, you can fill your own bottle at any of the washbasins in the toilets. The water is drinkable and also runs cold.
Vending machines
Throughout the airport, you can buy drinks or snacks from the many vending machines, where you can pay by card or cash.
