Daxing Airport is very accessible by public transport.
There is a special metro line "Daxing Airport Express" to the city centre, but you can also use the intercity high-speed trains running on the Beijing - Daxing Airport - Tianjin route.
There are also special airport buses to various parts of the city centre.

Metro Daxing Airport Express
The special airport line Daxing Airport Express is the most reliable and frequent way to get to downtown Beijing.
The Daxing Express runs to Cao Qiao Station on the southern outskirts of Beijing, where you transfer to the regular subway lines 19 (downtown direction) or 10 (circle line).
You can pay your fare at the ticket machine in cash, via the AliPay/WeChat mobile app by scanning the QR-Code, and also with an international Visa or MasterCard.
Tickets are only valid up to Cao Qiao station, where you need to buy another ticket for the regular metro line. The price is calculated according to the distance travelled and is approximately 10 cny to 15 cny.

High-speed train
There's also an intercity high-speed train station directly below the terminal, but you can also use it just to get to Beijing, where it terminates at the West Railway Station (BeijingXi).
However, this form of transport is less frequent than the "Daxing Airport Express".

Airport buses and night transport
The terminal is also served by special airport bus routes to several destinations within Beijing.
The number of stops varies and may be different on the way into the centre and different on the way out of the centre.
Ticket prices vary between 35 cny and 45 cny and buses usually run from about 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. However, the routes are particularly convenient for trips outside the centre except for two special night routes.
The only way to get to the centre at night is by bus Beijing Night West Linewhich runs to Dongzhimen station:

Taxi
There are a huge number of official taxis at Daxing Airport, yet you can spend upwards of 45 minutes in the taxi queue, especially during the evening arrivals rush.
Taxis can be paid for via the likes of Alipay or WeChat or in cash.
It's always a good idea to have the address in Chinese ready on your mobile phone to show the kiosk and possibly the driver when ordering a taxi.
The price is always calculated according to the taximeter and you will pay about 230 cny.

The price to downtown Beijing can be significantly lower than regular taxis via these apps (starting from 180 cny).

Transportation to Beijing Capital Airport
In case of need to transfer to a second Beijing airport Capital PEK you have several transport options.
Taxi
Taxis are the most convenient, but the most expensive transport.
Depending on the traffic congestion, taxi fares range between 350 cny and 400 cny.
Bus
A direct bus service currently runs only 3 times a day and the ticket costs 55 cny.

The most complicated transport is by train and metro, during which you will have to make 3 changes.
- Daxing Airport Express - go to the final station "Cao Qiao"
- Metro Line 10 - go to "Sanyuanqiao" station
- Capital Airport Express - takes you to Capital Airport
The total fare will be around 65 cny and the journey time including transfers will be around 75 minutes.
