Pelita Air is one of the carriers that allow free check-in at the airport.

Check-in at the airport

Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge for Pelita Air.

The check-in counter always opens 120 minutes and closes 45 minutes before departure.

If you're not travelling with checked baggage, most Indonesian airports also have self-service kiosks where you can print your own boarding pass.

Online check-in

You can check in online and print your boarding pass at home.

Online check-in works from 48 hours to 4 hours before departure.

Mobile check-in is the most used method.

Online check-in is possible via the Pelita Air mobile app (Google Play / App Store), where you enter your booking number and present a QR code on your mobile at the airport.

Seat selection (seating)

If you have a ticket at the lowest fare Economy, you can choose a specific seat on the plane for a fee from approx. 20 000 idr to 110 000 idr depending on the attractiveness of the seat.

If you do not choose a seat, it will be randomly assigned to you free of charge.

When travelling with children you will be seated together even if randomly assigned.

Seat selection on all other fares is free.
