Most flights are offered from Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta CGK Airport, from where NAM Air flies mainly to destinations on the islands of Borneo, Sumatra, Batam and Bali.

From Denpasar DPS airport on the island of Bali, NAM Air also serves the islands of Flores ( Maumere airport) and Timor ( Kupang airport) in addition to Jakarta.
