Check in at the airport counter for free.

Check-in usually opens 1.5 hours before departure, but at some small airports, typically in the Hebrides or Orkney, check-in normally opens 30-40 minutes before departure.

At the smallest airports in Scotland, you really only need to arrive half an hour before the plane takes off. There is no security check and the airport buildings are more like bus stops.

Online check-in

Online check-in is available 96 hours - 1 hour before departure.

It's easily done via the loganair.co.uk/check-in website or the Loganair mobile app (Google Play / App Store).

Seat selection

To select a specific seat, you pay a fee from 7 gbp based on the attractiveness of the seat.

If you do not select a seat, you will be allocated a random seat free of charge.
