Online check-in
You can check-in online for your flight between 72 hours and 5 hours before your scheduled departure.
At Hurghada HRG, Kayseri ASR, Adana ADA, Trabzon TZX and Zonguldak ONQ airports, even with online check-in, you must go to the check-in counter to obtain a printed boarding pass. Online check-in is still mandatory, without it you would be charged an airport check-in fee.
Online check-in is not available at all airports and where it is not available, you automatically have the option of checking in at the airport free of charge.

Check-in at the airport
You can only check in at the airport for free with FLEX and PREMIUM fares. Otherwise, there is a charge.
If you are travelling with a travel agent, you will be informed of the check-in option prior to departure.
Overnight baggage check-in
A special service is offered at Düsseldorf DUS and Cologne CGN airports. Here you can check in your luggage the night before your flight for a fee 5 eur, at the following times:
- Departure from Dusseldorf: baggage check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 for flights departing the following day before 08:00
- Departure from Cologne: baggage check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 for flights departing the following day until 10:00
Only 1 person can check in luggage, but must have the travel documents of all other passengers.
