Check-in counters at the airport always open at least 2 hours before departure. At Sofia Airport, where Bulgaria Air is based, you can check in up to 4 hours before departure.
Check-in always closes 45 minutes before departure.
Online check-in
You can check in from the comfort of your home via your computer or mobile phone on the air.bg website.
Check-in opens 24 hours before departure. You can print your boarding pass or just scan it via QR code from your mobile phone.

Selection of seats
There is always a charge for selecting a specific seat on the aircraft when purchasing basic economy class fares.
Prices vary depending on which section of the plane you choose and start at 10 bgn. You will pay for a seat in the front of the plane from 19 bgn. If you do not choose a seat, you will be randomly assigned one for free.
If you are travelling with more than one person, the system will not deliberately seat you.
