Check-in at the airport
Airport check-in is offered free of charge at all airports served by Azores Airlines. The opening and closing times of the counters are as follows:
- Domestic flights - the counter opens 120 minutes and closes 45 minutes before departure (for departures from Lisbon 60 minutes before departure and from Porto 50 minutes before departure).
- International flights - the counter opens 180 minutes and closes 60 minutes before departure (for departures from Boston and Cape Verde it closes 75 minutes before departure)

Online check-in
You can check in yourself online via your mobile phone or computer. Check-in is available 48 hours before departure and the latest you can generate your boarding pass is 75 minutes before departure.
You can keep your boarding passes on your phone and show your QR code from your mobile phone screen at the airport.

Seat selection
You can choose your specific seat on the plane for a fee ranging from 10 eur to 50 eur depending on the length of the flight and the type of seat.
If you do not select a seat, you will be allocated a random seat free of charge. If you are travelling in a group of more than one person, the system will seat you together.
