What services can you expect on AirAsia aircraft?
Wifi on board
Free internet access is available on most AirAsia aircraft, but this has significant limitations.
Internet is always available after the loss in flight level. Connect to the wifi and type the website "wifi.airasia.com" into the search engine.
However, you cannot search the entire internet network, only the following services will be available:
- AirAsia apps - movies, music, post-arrival transport booking, etc.
- chat apps - WhatsApp, WeChat and others
- Social networks - Facebook, X, Instagram, Weibo and more

In-flight refreshments
There are no complimentary in-flight refreshments on the base fare without the purchase of add-ons packages, even on AirAsia X long-haul flights.
If you add any of the Value Pack, Premium Flex or Premium Flatbad to your ticket, you will get 1 free hot meal.
You can select and order your meal before departure during the ticket booking process or later in the "Manage Booking" section. Prices for hot meals are around 4 usd to 6 usd on all routes.

Entertainment system
The seats on long-haul Airbus A330 and Airbus A350 aircraft are equipped with screens with individual entertainment systems that you can use free of charge.
You can watch dozens of movies or TV shows, listen to music or check the current location of your aircraft on a map.
Airbus A320 aircraft do not have screens in the seats. In that case, you can access the content in the entertainment system via wifi for free (see information above).
