The historic part of San Miniato is connected to the modern town of San Miniato Basso and the San Miniato-Fucecchio railway station by the bus line 320 1-2 times an hour.
San Miniato-Fucecchio station can be reached by Trenitalia trains 2-3 times an hour from both Pisa and Florence.
