The centre of Turku is accessible by the busy bus line 1 for the price of 3 eur. Taxis and car rentals are also available.
Public transport buses
There is a bus stop directly outside the terminal for the city bus line 1, which runs via the bus station, the centre (Kauppatori) and to the main port of Turku (Satama).
- Frequency - 15 minutes (late evening 30 minutes)
- Travel time - to the centre approx. 23 minutes, to the port approx. 40 minutes
- Last bus from the airport - 1:00 am (waits for delayed flights maximum 15 minutes)
- First bus from Kauppatori to the airport - 4:13 (5:20 on Sundays)

Fares
Pay your ticket with your own contactless card on the bus or via the Föli mobile app (Google Play / App Store).
- Ticket for 120 minutes - 3 eur, between 23:00 and 4:00 the ticket costs 4 eur
- All-day fare - 8 eur
There are no paper tickets here. In practice, you attach your own card each time you board the bus. If you manage to change within 120 minutes of first boarding, no further ticket will be counted.
Your card will never be charged more than the full day's fare in one calendar day (not 24 hours).
Car rental
Set off to discover the Finnish countryside and the extremely rugged southwest coast with its many islands, many of which are accessible by road bridges.

Taxi
Taxis provide convenient transport directly to your accommodation at all hours of the day and night.
Regular taxis to central Turku cost around 25 eur and can always be paid by card. The Bolt and Uber mobile apps also work in Turku. Generally lower prices are offered by Bolt, with rides from 16 eur.
