Official airport taxis are ordered at the counter inside the arrivals hall, where you pay for the ride directly. You can pay with cash or card.
There is no Uber or other apps at the airport.
Prices are very high, expect the following amounts:

Train
In 2023, the first part of a new rail line running across the entire Yucatán Peninsula was opened.
The trains are called "Tren Maya" and will also run through Tulum Airport from around 2025. The station is located approximately 3 km south of the airport area and will be connected to the terminal by a free shuttle bus.
