Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free to use with no time limit. Select the "Airport-Free-WiFi-HQ" network.

ATMs and exchange offices

There are many exchange offices at the airport, but the rates are not very good.

Shops and supermarkets

Both Terminals 1 and 2 are equipped with a large number of shops selling luxury fashion, jewellery, watches or travel gear.

There are also many duty free shops.

Most of the shops are located after the security checkpoint of both terminals. Most of the shops are open at the times of all departures.

Dining options

Hongqiao Airport is well-equipped with local restaurants as well as international fast-food outlets such as Starbucks, Subway, Costa Coffee and Burger King.

There is more choice after security, but you will always find a food court in the public areas of both terminals.

Most outlets are open from 7:00 to 0:00.

Luggage wrapping

Baggage wrapping service is available in all terminals at many check-in counters.

The cost per bag is approximately 30 cny and is open from 4:15 until the last flight.

Drinking water

After security screening, cold and hot drinking water dispensers are located in all terminals.

You can fill your own bottle for free, which you can carry through security without any problems.

Showers

Public showers are not available at Hongqiao Airport, and you won't usually find showers in the premium lounges either.
