Getting from Reus Airport

Tarragona

From Reus Airport, you can take the bus service to Reus city centre and, in summer, to Barcelona and some other resorts.

Car rental and taxi ranks are also available in the terminal.

Transportation with travel agencies

If you have bought a tour to Costa Dorada with a travel agency (flight + accommodation + airport transfer), you will pick up your luggage and walk out of the transit zone.

In the arrivals hall, there are stands of each travel agency where your delegates are waiting.

They will direct you to a bus that will take you directly to your hotel at no extra charge. The tourist bus stand is approximately 50 metres to the right of the terminal.

Public transport - buses

Reus Airport is not served by rail and public transport to several destinations is provided by buses.

Reus

Bus line 50 runs all year round to the centre of the nearest large town.

Although Reus is not a tourist town, line 50 stops at the train station with the possibility of changing to RENFE trains (check the timetable and buy your ticket at renfe.com), for example, to Barcelona.

Buy your ticket from the driver with cash or card. A ticket to the airport is more expensive than a regular city ticket and costs 3,70 eur.

Tarragona and Barcelona

The nearby city of Tarragona and Barcelona are only served by Monbus buses during the summer season.

Timetables and online ticketing can be found at monbus.es/en.

Car rental

Would you like to just use Reus as an arrival and departure airport and drive straight to the Pyrenees, for example? No problem, there are dozens of different car rental companies at the airport and the choice is really wide.

For example, you can pay around 350 eur for a week's car rental in high season.

Compare prices - book a car

The car rental offices are located in the arrivals hall.

Taxi

There is a taxi rank outside the terminal and you can also use the Uber mobile app, which often offers lower prices.

Classic taxis can always be paid for with a credit card and approximate prices are as follows:

  • Tarragona - 38 eur
  • Salou - 38 eur
  • Cambrils - 40 eur
  • Reus - 27 eur
  • Barcelona - 220 eur

Weekend and night fares are approximately 20% higher.
