Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport serves mainly the south-eastern part of Poland and is located 12 km from the city centre.
It is one of the small airports in size, but the traffic is relatively heavy and aircraft land here on average 10-15 times a day. Most flights are operated by Ryanair and LOT, and Lufthansa, for example, also flies here.
The single terminal common to all flights is nice and modern and check-in is fast.

Interestingly, Rzeszow Airport is currently the smallest airport in the whole of Europe with a direct scheduled long-haul flight, namely LOT's once a week service to New York (April to October).
The airport also serves as a good starting point for travel to the Bieszczady National Park on the border of Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine.
