As Quito Airport is open 24 hours a day and is located far from the city centre, accommodation close to the terminal will certainly come in handy for early morning departures or late evening arrivals.
There are two modern international hotels near the airport:
- Wyndham Quito Airport ***** - located about a 5-minute walk from the terminal on a signposted walkway, a free shuttle runs every half hour between the terminal and the hotel, prices from 103 eur per night in a 2-bed room
- Holiday Inn - Quito Airport ***** - The hotel is situated on the motorway about 2.5 km from the terminal and offers a free 24-hour transfer service every 30 minutes, prices from 84 eur
In the surrounding area you will find a number of smaller private guesthouses and hotels with prices from 22 eur per night, which you can reach except by taxi or paid hotel transfer, which usually works out at 5 usd one way.
