One of the smallest airports in Europe made it into our database thanks to the annual flight of CSA to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Prague Airport, which took place in April 2017 on the route Prague - Piešt'any - Brno - Prague. The local airport has no other regular connection, only occasionally (during the summer 1-2 times a week) a charter flight arrives here, mainly for Slovak travel agencies towards the sea (mostly Turkish Antalya).
The terminal is a miniature one, equipped only with a check-in counter, it opens only during the time when the plane is due to arrive.
There is a surprisingly comprehensive museum of military aviation technology on the airport grounds. Admission is €1 and you enter from Janosikova Street.
