There is only one terminal for all flights. Arrivals and security check-in desks are on the ground floor. The first departure floor is for passengers only.
At peak times of the day (especially early morning and afternoon), queues for security checks often run up to 45 minutes long.
Downloadable maps of the terminal can be found on the airport's official website: milanbergamoairport.it/en/maps.

Transfer between flights
Although you won't be making an official connection at Bergamo Airport, experienced travellers like to combine flights on low-cost airlines and, with the wide range of connections from Bergamo across Europe, this airport serves as a major transfer point.
If you're travelling with hand luggage only, you don't need to leave the transit zone when changing within the Schengen area. Use the escalators or stairs from the baggage belt room to the first floor (Gates A, B). If you are connecting with checked baggage or if at least one of your flights is routed outside the Schengen area, you must always come out and go through security again.
We recommend allowing at least 3.5 hours for a comfortable transfer.
For longer transfers, a short trip to the historic centre of Città Alta (also known as the Old or Upper Town) or a visit to the Orio al Serio shopping centre is recommended. The mall is located immediately opposite the airport and is connected to the underpass under the motorway.
