Getting from Malmö Airport

The airport terminal is served by Vy-Flygbussarna and Neptunbus buses. There are no regular public transport services to Malmö Airport.

Buses to Malmö

Transport to the nearest Swedish city is provided by Vy-Flygbussarna buses, which run from 4:50 to 19:30 every 30-90 minutes, depending on the arrival and departure times of the aircraft.

The journey to Malmö Central Station C takes 40 minutes and costs 129 sek.

Tickets can be purchased online at flygbussarna.se. You can also pay by card at the driver's desk. In the case of online purchase, no time or departure date is entered. The ticket is valid for 3 months from the time of purchase for any connection from Malmö Airport.

On the way from the airport to Malmö Central Station C, where the terminus is, buses stop at various other central locations (e.g. Triangeln, Studentgatan, Södervärn).

At Malmö C station, buses stop at stop "K" in Norra Valgatan (view location on google.com/maps).

Bus to Copenhagen

Neptunbus operates a bus directly to Copenhagen city centre, stopping at Copenhagen Airport, 3-8 times a day (depending on Wizz Air arrivals and departures).

The journey will take about 105 minutes and the ticket costs 139 dkk when bought online at neptunbus.dk.

Car rental

If you plan to go on a road-trip around Sweden, renting a car directly at the airport will be the ideal option. Malmö Airport is located in a rural area with very clear transport links.

Prices for a weekly rental in summer start from 250 eur, and in low season from 200 eur.
