Getting from Lviv Airport

Lviv

Trolleybus line 29

Trolleybus 29 stops right in front of the terminal. It takes 20-30 minutes to the centre and departs every 10-15 minutes. The first service leaves at around 5:45, the last at around 23:00.

The price per ticket is 10 uah and is purchased from the driver, cash only. There is an option to pay for tickets via local mobile apps, but only with a Ukrainian credit card.

When travelling from the city centre, a ticket for 10 uah can also be purchased from easypay machines located around the city, this is valid for 60 minutes and is a transfer ticket. For more information and instructions on how to purchase, see the Lviv travel guide.

Taxi, Bolt

You'll encounter many taxi drivers right after exiting the arrivals hall, but the Lviv ones are neither pushy nor hostile. However, it is necessary to agree on a price in advance, the taximeter is not usually used here. You shouldn't pay more than 150 uah for a 7km ride to the centre during the day, and about 250 uah at night.

A more convenient and safer option is to use one of the well-known apps, of which Bolt is the most popular in Lviv. Prices are mostly between 80 uah and 150 uah.
