Check in before your morning flight at Liverpool Airport

Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free throughout the airport. Connect to the "LJLA-Free-Wifi" hotspot.

If you use an EU country sim card, you can call and use data in the UK at the same prices as in your home country, even though the UK is no longer a member of the EU.

Otherwise, get a UK data e-sim quickly and easily on the airalo.com.

Luggage storage

Baggage claim is located in the arrivals area of the terminal in the same location as Lost and Found. Opening hours are 8:30-19:00 and storage for up to 24 hours costs GBP 15.

Shops and supermarket

Packaged takeaway food, drink and basic drugstore items can be purchased from several WHSmith minimarkets.

  • Public area, arrivals - open 24/7
  • Transit area, 2nd floor - open 4:00-21:30
  • Transit Zone, Level 3 - open 4:00-20:00

Once through security, you can also use the Boots Pharmacy, open 4:00-21:30.

Other shops are exclusively in the transit zone, where you can shop at the sporting goods store or duty free shop.

Dining

Restaurants, cafes and fast-food outlets are located in both the public and transit areas of the airport.

Most establishments open at 4:00 am (the exception is Burger King, open until 10:00 am) and close with the last departures.

In the public area you will find, for example, Greggs and Starbucks. Frankie & Benny's and Upper Crust are available after security.

ATMs and currency exchange offices

Only Travelex operates exchange offices at the airport with very unfavourable exchange rates.

ATMs with high withdrawal fees are also operated exclusively by Travelex. However, the vast majority of services in the UK can be paid for by card, including airport transport.
