You won't find a traditional supermarket at La Palma Airport.

In the public area there are only small newsagents with newspapers and drinks (9:00-18:00).

You can also use the pharmacy in the departure hall of the public area from 8:00-14:15 and 15:15-21:00 (9:00-21:00 on Sundays).

Baggage storage is not available at La Palma Airport.

ATMs and currency exchange

The exchange offices at the airport are operated by Global Exchange with very unfavourable rates.

You may prefer to withdraw money from ATMs located throughout the terminal. Three banks operate ATMs at the airport:

• CaixaBank - withdrawal fee around 4 eur
• Euronet - withdrawal fee around 5 eur and a very unfavourable conversion rate for foreign currencies

Drinking water

Free cold drinking water fountains are available in the transit area of all terminals. They are usually located by the toilets.

Vending machines

Fast food is most easily solved by vending machines selling drinks, baguettes, sandwiches and sweets, which are located in abundance throughout the airport.

Vending machines accept cash and credit cards.
