There is no public transport in Labuan Bajo, but if you are not travelling with a suitcase on wheels, you can easily walk to the centre or the port.

Taxi, Grab
There are several taxi stands in the arrivals hall, which always offer fixed prices depending on the location you're heading to. There are no metered cabs anywhere on Flores.
To get to the port by boat to the Comoros Islands you usually pay 100 000 idr to 150 000 idr.
If you go via the Grab mobile app, the price can be significantly lower, but you can wait up to 20 minutes for an available car.

On foot
The distance to the port and town centre of Labuan Bajo is only about 2km from the airport, and there is a footpath along the road the whole way.
If you're not in a hurry and are only travelling with a backpack, feel free to walk from the airport to your hotel or the ferry.
