Getting from Kavala Airport

Thassos

KTEL buses only arrive at the airport a few times a day. The best option is definitely to rent a car directly at the airport.

If you have bought your tour from a travel agency, you will be taken from the airport to your hotel free of charge, the delegate on site will arrange everything.

Car rental

There are many branches of international car rental companies in the arrivals hall. A car is the most flexible mode of transport along the northern Greek coast and by ferry to the island of Thassos.

Weekly rental rates in high season range from 190 eur to 250 eur.

  • Keramoti - 25 eur

Payment is cash only.

Tickets can only be purchased in cash from the driver for about 3,50 eur.
