Cheap hotels in Honolulu

While Terminals 1 and 2 are standard airport buildings with a plethora of services, Terminal 3, serving exclusively the small airline Mokulele Airlines, is just a small building with check-in desks and no other amenities.

Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free of charge and has no time limit.

Don't bother buying a physical sim card upon arrival. Get a US data e-sim quickly and easily at airalo.com.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage is provided by Smarte Carte, located near baggage claim 18 and 19.

Depending on the size of the luggage, the cost for 24-hour storage ranges from 15 usd to 23 usd. Detailed information is available on the website: smartecarte.com/honolulu.

Shops and supermarket

The vast majority of shops are located after security check. Terminal 2, which handles flights outside the Hawaiian Islands, is considerably better equipped.

The transit area serves as a shopping mall filled with high-end clothing brands, small souvenir and local produce shops, and travel gear stores.

There is no minimarket or grocery store at the airport. No pharmacy is currently open in the terminal.

A list of all shops can be found on the airport website: airports.hawaii.gov/hnl/shops.

Restaurants

Dining options at Honolulu Airport are numerous in both terminals.

As with the shops, there is a significantly larger selection after security. In the public area of Terminal 2, you'll only find a small bistro and a Starbucks.

In the transit area of Terminal 2, there are Asian restaurants, Burger King, Starbucks, and classic restaurants or pubs.

In Terminal 1, you will also find Burger King and Starbucks, complemented by many small cafes and bistros.
