Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free to use with no time limit. No need to log in with email or phone number. Select the network "@Airport Free Wifi - Goldsun".

Don't delay buying a physical sim card upon arrival. Get a Vietnamese data e-sim quickly and easily on the web airalo.com.

Luggage storage

Baggage storage is located in International Terminal 2 on the second floor only. It is open 24 hours a day and you pay for one day of storage 120 000 vnd.

Shops and supermarket

The shopping options at Noi Bai Airport are quite monotonous.

After security checks at both terminals, there are mainly duty free shops and overpriced souvenir shops.

You won't find a regular grocery store or even a pharmacy at the airport.

Dining

There are many restaurants, cafes and cafeterias at the airport. There are also well-known fast-food restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC.

Most establishments are open from 7:00 to 23:00.

The Vietnamese restaurant Bigbowl in the public area of the international terminal or the Lucky Café in the public area of the domestic terminal are open 24 hours a day.

A list of all restaurants can be found on the airport website: noibaiairport.vn/dining.

ATMs and exchange offices

There are several Vietnamese bank counters in the arrivals hall, which offer fairly good exchange rates.

In addition, there are ATMs in both terminals in the arrivals hall of local banks (such as BIDV, Agirbank or VietinBank), where foreign credit cards work without problems.

Drinking water

Free cold drinking water fountains are located around the airport.

It can be quite difficult to fill your own bottle as the nozzles are set up mainly for direct drinking.
