Only a 2-ride ticket is available for 6 ron. So one ride is based on 3 ron. The paper ticket works by marking one side of the ticket in the validator inside the trolleybus, bus or tram on the first ride and the other side on the second ride.
You can also buy tickets to stock up and day tickets are not available in Cluj.
Detailed information can be found on the website: ctpcj.ro.
The M41, M42, M43 and M44 suburban buses also pass through the bus stop, which do not go to the centre but terminate in the eastern part of Cluj.

Taxi
Especially in the evening since the last arrivals you cannot use public transport. There are no night lines in Cluj.
There are always plenty of taxis waiting outside the terminal. Always insist on a metered ride or use the often cheaper mobile apps Bolt or Uber, which work great in Cluj.
The cheapest of these options tends to be the Bolt app, which will get you to the centre for around 31 ron.
Regular taxis run at prices around 40 ron.
Rent a car
There are several car rental branches right in the terminal. For example, there are Thrifty, Hertz, Alamo, Autounion and the local Klass Wagen.
Weekly rental rates start at 35 eur.
