ATMs and exchange offices

The official exchange office, Banco Nacion, offers not-so-favourable official exchange rates, and it's significantly more convenient to exchange money on the street in Argentina (especially on Florida Boulevard in downtown Buenos Aires).

There are also ATMs at the airport, but even these offer unfavourable official exchange rates.

It is best to exchange US dollars before you fly to Argentina and then exchange them in downtown Buenos Aires.

Luggage storage

Ministro Pistarini Airport has no luggage storage in either terminal.

Shops and supermarket

In the arrivals hall, still near the baggage claim belts, you'll find small mini-markets offering drinks and snacks (but prices are quite high).

Most of the shops are located in the departure area after security and include a few duty free shops, as well as cosmetics, fashion and souvenir shops.

The classic grocery supermarket at Ezeiza airport does not work.

There is a pharmacy in the public area of Terminal B near the check-in desks.

Dining options

The airport is very well equipped with restaurants, cafes and fast-food outlets.

There is more choice after security, but even in the public area of the terminals you will always find at least one restaurant.

Many restaurants remain open 24/7, including:

  • McDonald's
  • Havana - fast food and café
  • Starbucks
  • Brioche Dorée
  • Burger King

A detailed list of all shops and restaurants can be found on the airport website: aeropuertosargentina.com.

Luggage wrapping

A baggage wrapping service is available on the departures floor of the new terminal.

The price per bag is approx. 6 000 ars.
