Internet and wi-fi
Unlimited free wi-fi is available throughout the airport. Connect to the "Airport FreeWifi Aena" network.

Shops and supermarkets
Although there is no classic food supermarket in the terminal, you can use the mini-markets with drinks, sweets, baguettes or salads.

Other shops at Bilbao Airport are very sparsely equipped. After security you'll find one duty free shop, a couple of shops selling local Basque products and one fashion shop.

Dining options are already wider and you can take advantage of the following snacks:

- Starbucks - departures, after security, 7:00-20:00
- Exploring the Bilbao: Fast food pub - departures, after security, 6:00-21:00

Luggage storage
There is no baggage room or lockers at Bilbao Airport.
ATMs
There are only two Euronet ATMs in the public area of the arrivals hall, with unfavourable exchange rates and withdrawal fees around 4 eur.
Regular banks have placed their ATMs after security check.
Drinking water
There are drinking fountains throughout the airport at almost all toilets, from which you can draw cold water in your own bottle.
