The airport is mainly served by small airlines flying to the surrounding islands. The busiest connection is to St Martin SXM Airport, which is the world's shortest international flight from Anguilla.

American Airlines also flies to Anguilla from Miami MIA, with connections throughout the US and Europe.
The single terminal is very small and shared by all flights, both regional flights to nearby islands with the smallest planes and larger planes bound for the US.

When departing from Anguilla Airport, a departure tax must be paid at the check-in counter. The departure tax is never included in the price of any airline ticket.
The tax is 25 usd + 3 usd security check fee.
