TransNusa is one of the carriers that allow free check-in at the airport.
Check-in at the airport
Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge for TransNusa.
Counter opening and closing times are as follows:
- Domestic flights - 120 to 45 minutes before departure
- International flights - 180 to 60 minutes before departure

If you're not travelling with checked baggage, most Indonesian airports also have self-service kiosks where you can print your own boarding pass.
Online check-in
You can check in online and print your boarding pass at home.
Online check-in works from 48 hours to 2 hours before departure.
Online check-in is only possible at transnusa.co.id, where you enter your booking number and present a QR code on your mobile phone at the airport. You need to open your email where the QR code will arrive.
TransNusa does not yet have a mobile app.
Seat selection (seating)
If you have a ticket at the lowest fare Seat, you can choose a specific seat on the plane for a fee from about 20 000 idr to 110 000 idr depending on the attractiveness of the seat.
If you do not choose a seat, it will be randomly assigned to you for free.
When travelling with children you will be seated together even if randomly assigned.
Seat selection on all other fares is free.
