Super Air Jet is one of the carriers that allow free check-in at the airport.
Check-in at the airport
Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge for Super Air Jet.
Counter opening and closing times are as follows:
- Domestic flights - 120 to 30 minutes before departure
- International flights - 120 to 45 minutes prior to departure

If you're not travelling with checked baggage, most Indonesian airports also have self-service kiosks where you can print your own boarding pass.
Online check-in
You can check in online and print your boarding pass at home.
Online check-in works from 12pm to 2 hours before departure.
Mobile check-in is the most used method. Online check-in is only possible via the Book Cabin mobile app (Google Play / App Store), where you enter your booking number and present a QR code on your mobile at the airport.
Selecting a seat (seating)
The selection of a specific seat on the aircraft is always subject to a fee ranging from 80 000 idr to 150 000 idr depending on the length of the flight and the attractiveness of the seat.
If you do not choose a seat, it will be randomly assigned to you free of charge.
You can choose your seat when you purchase your ticket (however, this option may not always be available) or during online check-in.
