The check-in counter opens 120 minutes and closes 30 minutes before departure.

Online check-in

You can check in online and print your boarding pass at home.

Online check-in works from 24 hours to 4 hours before departure.

Mobile check-in is the most used method. Online check-in is possible via the Sriwijaya Air mobile app (Google Play / App Store), where you enter your booking number and present a QR code on your mobile at the airport.

Seat selection (seating)

Selection of a specific seat on the aircraft is charged at 85 000 idr to 250 000 idr depending on the specific seat and route.

If you do not select a seat, it will be randomly assigned to you free of charge.
