How do I check-in at Scoot?

Check-in at the airport

Checking in and printing your boarding pass at the airport is free of charge.

The counter usually opens 3 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure.

Online check-in

Online check-in at Scoot is available 48 hours to 90 minutes before departure.

You can also check in via the Scoot mobile app (available on Google Play / App Store).

Seat selection

You can select a specific seat during the ticket purchase process for a fee.

Fees vary depending on the attractiveness of the seat, and the cheapest window seats in the back cost from 16 eur for long-haul flights or from 7 eur for regional flights.

If you don't want to pay for seat selection, skip this option. You will be assigned a random seat for free.
