SAS is the airline you'll most often encounter when travelling to/from Scandinavia, and their fares are usually slightly higher or similar to the largest competitor, Norwegian.

Fare classes
SAS aircraft include standard economy and business class.
Tickets can be purchased in several different fare classes, where the cancellation and change policy or the number of bags included in the fare vary.

The cheapest SAS GO Light tickets include only a small carry-on bag.
Tickets from SAS GO PRO upwards can be cancelled and changed for a fee or for an additional fee up to the new fare level.
SAS destinations
SAS Scandinavian Airlines currently operates several bases from which it operates the largest number of flights to other destinations:
- Copenhagen CPH - The largest base with flights throughout Europe and direct long-haul routes.
- Stockholm Arlanda ARN - second largest base with many flights across Europe, frequent connections to destinations in Sweden and long-haul routes
- Oslo OSL - third largest base with flights to all of Europe and very frequent domestic connections to Norway
