Any flight delays, cancellations or missed connections at Muscat may be subject to EU Regulation 261. In such cases, financial compensation of up to 600 eur may be claimed from SalamAir.
Compensation under EC Regulation 261 applies only to flights that originate in the European Union. SalamAir currently operates a single route to the EU, namely Muscat - Prague.
Claims can therefore only be made for delayed or cancelled flights on the route:
- OV864 (Prague PRG - Maskat MCT) flight schedule 2022/2023
- OV866 (Prague PRG - Maskat MCT) flight schedule 2022/2023
- OV874 (Prague PRG - Maskat MCT) flight schedule 2023/2024
Valid also for subsequent connections, i.e. tickets Prague - Maskat - Bangkok.
