What services can you expect on Norwegian aircraft?

Wifi on board

Norwegian was the first European airline to offer wifi on board. Although it is a low-cost airline, you can connect to wifi for free, but only for 15 minutes with limited internet speed.

There are 3 internet packages on board:

• SURF - 15 minutes of slow connection suitable for checking emails or messages. This package is free.
• STREAM LIMITED (4 eur) - 60 minutes of connection with speeds that allow streaming or access to social networks.
• STREAM UNLIMITED (8 eur) - Connection at a speed that allows streaming or access to social networks for the entire flight.

However, not all aircraft are equipped with wifi. You can check whether the internet will be available on your flight at norwegian.com/flight-status up to 2 days before departure.

In-flight refreshments

There is a charge for refreshments on board. Water is not provided free of charge.

The usual offer includes soft drinks (prices around 3,50 eur per can), sandwiches (around 10 eur) or sweets (from 3,50 eur)

Entertainment system

The seats on Norwegian aircraft are not equipped with individual screens.
