Except for passengers with the most expensive "Pack Full" fare purchased, you must check in online to avoid the airport boarding pass printing fee.
The airport boarding pass printing fee varies by country and flight type:
- All international routes - 8 usd
- Domestic routes within Argentina - 5 500 ars
- Domestic routes within Chile - 8 000 clp
- Domestic routes within Colombia - 20 000 cop
- Domestic routes to Peru - Domestic routes to Colombia - Domestic routes to Colombia - Domestic routes to Peru - Domestic routes to Colombia 10 usd
Check-in desks open normally 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international departures.
The latest check-in time is normally 60 minutes for international routes and 40 minutes for domestic routes.
Online check-in
Online check-in is normally 72 hours - 70 minutes before departure.
You can check-in at jetsmart.com under the "Check-in" tab. JetSmart mobile apps are not yet available, but you can retrieve the QR code for your boarding pass from your email.
Seat selection (seating)
You can select your specific seat on the aircraft during the ticket purchase process or later on the JetSmart website for a fee from 12 usd depending on your specific route.
If you purchase fares Pack Smart, Pack Full, your seat selection in the rear of the aircraft is free of charge.
If you don't want to pay for a specific seat, you will be assigned a random seat for free.
