Check-in at the airport
Airport check-in is offered free of charge at all airports served by Croatia Airlines. The opening and closing times of the counters are as follows:
- Counter opening - 120 minutes before departure
- Counter closing - 60 minutes before departure

Online check-in
You can check in yourself online via your mobile phone or computer. Check-in is available 36 hours before departure and the latest you can generate your boarding pass is 60 minutes before departure.
You can keep your boarding passes on your phone and show your QR code from your mobile phone screen at the airport.

Online check-in is not available on the following routes:
- Split - Rome and return
- Dubrovnik - Rome and return
- Zagreb - Dubrovnik and return
- Dubrovnik - Athens
Seat selection
You can choose a specific seat for free only on FlyFlexi and Business Class fares
On other fares you can purchase a seat for a fee from 8 eur (on FlyOpti) or 12 eur (on FlyEasy).
If you do not pay for a seat, you will be allocated a random seat free of charge.
