What services can you expect on Batik Air aircraft?

Internet access is not currently available on Batik Air aircraft.

In-flight refreshments

The only free snacks you will receive are a small selection of soft drinks and baguettes or small sweets. There is no full meal for free on international flights either.

Order food from the on-board menu. Regular menu includes soft drinks, sandwiches, sweets or hot meals.

Meals can be selected and ordered before departure at malindoair.com/Meals and prices for hot meals are around 4 usd.

Entertainment system

The seats on most Batik Air aircraft are equipped with screens with individual entertainment systems that you can use for free.

You can watch dozens of movies or TV shows, or listen to music or track the current location of your aircraft on a map.

On some older Airbus A320 or Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the screens in the seats are missing. In that case, you can access the free content in the entertainment system via wifi (which doesn't work on other sites).
