You can check in for your Azerbaijan Airlines flight for free at the airport counter, but you can also check in faster via kiosks or from the comfort of your home via your computer or phone.

Check-in at the airport

Check-in at the airport is always free.

The check-in counter usually opens 4 hours before a long-haul flight and 2-3 hours before a local flight.

The closing time of the counter is usually 60 minutes before departure.

Online check-in

Online check-in is available 48 hours - 60 minutes before departure.

You can print your boarding pass either at home or at the automated kiosk at the airport.

Alternatively, have your boarding pass sent to your mobile phone, then just scan the barcode at check-in. If you are travelling with luggage, you can drop it off at the express baggage drop-off counter.

Online check-in can be done at azal.az/checkin.

You can also easily check-in online via the Azerbaijan Airlines mobile app.

Seat selection

You can select a specific seat for free during the ticket purchase process or later during online check-in.

You can pay extra for a seat with more legroom at the emergency exit (from approx. 35 usd).
