Air Transat allow you to check in at the airport without any charge.

Check-in counters open3-4 hours before departure as standard and close 60 minutes before departure.

The departure gate usually closes 30 minutes before departure time.

Online check-in

You can check in online 24 hours before departure as standard.

You can check in online at airtransat.com or via the Air Transat mobile app.

If you are unable to check in online, you can check in at the airport without any problems.

Seat selection (seating)

With a Budget or Standard ticket, you will pay a fee to select a specific seat. This varies according to the length of the route and ranges between 30 eur and 50 eur.

If you do not want to pay for a specific seat, you will be allocated a random seat for free.

On the more expensive Economy or Club fares, you can reserve your favourite seat for free.
