Unfortunately, tickets for domestic flights cannot be purchased on line either via the web or the app. A credit card issued by Algeria Post is required for payment. Others are not accepted. Cash is available at the airport, but these are often sold out. So I won't be going to Constantine :(.

Why are you so interested in Constantine ? In the pictures with the deep gorge, it looks a bit like the much smaller town of Ronda in Spanish Andalucia.
The coastal Oran or the historic Tlemcen with its Islamic architecture is less appealing?
What about buying it through a middleman? That might not be a problem, especially for a non-stop ticket.
Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be a problem until you actually want to buy it... I tried.
