Passengers travelling with Aerolineas Argentinas are always entitled to two free carry-on bags.

The number of checked baggage allowed always depends on the fare purchased.

Hand baggage

On all routes and on all fares, you can carry 1 standard cabin bag of 55 x 35 x 25 cm and 1 smaller cabin bag of 40 x 30 x 30 cm free of charge.

The weight limit for small hand luggage is always 3 kg. Larger cabin baggage may weigh up to 10 kg on international routes and up to 8 kg on domestic routes.

Checked baggage

If your ticket is on the cheapest "Promo" or "Base" fares, checked baggage is never included in the ticket price.

If you want to travel with checked baggage, you must always choose the more expensive fare, as baggage cannot be purchased separately for Promo or Base fares.

On the more expensive economy class fares (Plus, Flex, Premium Economy) you can carry this baggage free of charge:

• International routes - 1 piece up to 23 kg
• Domestic routes - 1 piece up to 15 kg

If you have a single booking containing both an international and a domestic segment (for example, Madrid - Buenos Aires - Ushuaia), the higher limit, 1 piece up to 23 kg, always applies on both flights.
