FlyOne check-in

FlyOne allows you to check in online for free, but there is a fee for check-in at the airport.

If you are travelling with checked-in baggage, check-in at the airport is only free if you check in online.

Online check-in

Any passenger who does not want to pay a fee to print a boarding pass at the airport is required to check in online. The whole process is simple and takes a few minutes at most.

On flyone.eu, click on Check-in in the menu, log in and fill in the necessary details.

You will then receive your boarding pass, which you can print or save on your phone or tablet. A legible QR code is important.

The whole process can be made even easier with the mobile app (Google Play / App Store).

Online check-in is available between 7 days and 4 hours before departure. In case you also pay for a specific seat on the plane when you buy your ticket, online check-in is available 30 days before departure.

Check-in at the airport

If you're travelling with hand luggage and check in online, you can head straight to security at the airport and don't need to visit the check-in desk at all.

If you are travelling with checked-in baggage, it is essential to check in online. This is the only way to avoid the fee for printing your boarding pass at the airport, which ranges from 36 eur to 40 eur depending on your route.

Selection of seats (seating)

When you check in online, you can select a specific seat for a fee. If you don't want to pay for this service, you can skip it and have a random seat assigned to you for free.

Depending on the attractiveness of the seat and the length of the route, the cost of selecting a specific seat is between 10 eur and 50 eur.

You can choose your seat for free on the most expensive "Advantage" fare.

If you are travelling with a child, the system will automatically seat an adult and children next to each other. Children are accepted up to the age of 14.
