You can still get to the south of Croatia with Ryanair at great prices during spring. From Vienna you can get return tickets to Dubrovnik from 30 eur, cheapest in April.

You can also find cheap tickets in other months, during May and June prices are around 40 eur.

If you're closer to Prague airport, there are still deals on flights to Croatia (Dubrovnik, Split and Zagreb), even during the summer holidays.
