San Antonio Airport uses two terminals, but they are connected to form one campus.
In general, San Antonio is a medium-sized airport with very good orientation and short distances. There are no long transfers by automatic trains to distant satellite buildings.
All aircraft are parked at the main terminal and even the furthest departure gate is within a 7-minute walk from security.

Transfer between flights
San Antonio is not one of the main American transfer hubs.
However, some airlines, such as Southwest Airlines, offer guaranteed transfers here.
The vast majority of transfers are between two domestic flights within the USA. In this case, the transfer is very simple: you get off the plane straight into the departure gate area. There is no security check.
The two terminals are also connected by a transit zone and you can walk between them in 10 minutes.
If you arrive in San Antonio on an international flight, you always have to go through immigration (queues of up to 60 minutes), collect your luggage and check in again.
