Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free and unlimited at the airport.

Supermarkets

You can buy food at regular prices at the airport in various grocery stores. If you're departing, remember to limit liquids when going through security: all supermarkets are still in the public area.

  • Billa Corso - Terminal 3 in the main arrivals hall near the Regiojet and Flixbus stops (6:00-22:00)
  • Billa Corso - Terminal 1 in the connecting corridor to the P3 garage (5:30-20:30)
  • Relay (newsagent and mini-market) - Terminal 3 in the main arrivals hall (5:00-22:00)

Restaurants and shops

Restaurants, snacks and fast-food outlets are located in the public area and behind security.

Expect to find the most restaurants at gate C and at the beginning of the F-gate section. Mostly you will find smaller cafes and stalls, but there are also full-fledged restaurants or fast-food outlets, such as these:

  • Burger King - Arrivals Hall (public area) Terminal 3 (5:00-23:00)
  • Starbucks - Arrivals Hall (public area) of Terminal 3 (5:00-20:00)
  • Leberkas Pepi (Austrian cuisine) - Gate F area (5:00-20:00

The airport also offers a wide range of shops. Behind the security checkpoints there are several Duty-free shops as well as clothing boutiques, souvenir shops and sweet shops.

In the public area of the airport you will find, for example, a pharmacy in the connecting corridor between Terminal 1 and the P3 garage. It is open 8:00-19:00.

Lounges

The airport lounges offer a comfortable pre-departure wait with unlimited refreshments including hot meals and comfortable seats. Vienna Airport operates two lounges with access for all passengers.

Free access to the lounges is available for the following credit card holders:

  • MasterCard PREMIUM - only cards issued in Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
  • Visa or MastarCard PLATINUM - only cards issued in Austria
  • Visa GOLD - only by Slovenská sporitelna

Lounge access can be paid for and costs 39 eur in the Sky Lounge or 49 eur in the Vienna Lounge

Luggage storage

You can store your luggage in the public area of Terminal 3. The luggage room is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but your luggage can also stay overnight.

The price for hand luggage is 5 eur per day, larger suitcases cost 10 eur per day.

Drinking water

You can get free cold drinking water in a bottle at the water fountains behind the security checkpoint.

They are not marked, but they tend to be located by the toilets, for example at the following locations:

  • The entrance to the 'F' gated corridor opposite Jamie Oliver's restaurant.
  • Between exits D61 and D66
  • Gate C41
  • Gated corridor entrance "G"

Airport tours and viewpoints

The airport offers tours of the facilities and airport areas. The visitor centre "VISITAIR" is located in Terminal 3, tours run from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (except Sundays) and the price is 23,90 eur. For more information visit: viennaairport.com/besucherwelt.

On the roof of Terminal 3, the observation deck is open to the public daily from 8:00 to 22:00 (May to August) or from 10:00 to 20:00 in the rest of the year. Admission is charged at 4 eur, children 2 eur.
