Tenerife Norte Airport uses one terminal common to all flights. The building is modern and spacious, but distances are short and orientation is very easy.

The airport has sufficient capacity and security checks are carried out efficiently. There is ample seating in the transit area.

Transfer between flights

Tenerife-Norte Airport is a very frequent transfer point between flights within the Canary Islands and between flights from Europe to the surrounding islands.

Transfer between flights within the Schengen area (including domestic flights) is possible without leaving the transit zone. The real transfer time is between 10 and 20 minutes.

If you plan your own transfer here, you must always leave the transit zone and go back through security.
