Showers

Public showers are located at several locations throughout the airport:

  • For departing passengers behind 3 000 krw, for connecting passengers free of charge - satellite terminal Concourse on the 4th floor in the middle and terminal 2 at departure gate number 231.
  • For connecting passengers only (free of charge) - Terminal 1 at departure gates 25 and 29 + Terminal 2 at departure gate 268

Shops and supermarkets

In the public areas of both terminals you will find a number of 7-Eleven, CU or GS25 mini-markets with the classic takeaway food range. There is only one 7-Eleven branch in the transit zone.

The section after security is one big luxury shopping mall. Here you will find mainly shops selling luxury fashion, watches or jewellery.

But you will also find classic duty free shops or travel gear shops.

For minor health problems, there are several pharmacies at the airport.

  • W-Store Pharmacy - Terminal 1, public area, check-in G (6:00 - 22:00)
  • Optima World Pharmacy- Terminal 1, transit area, departure gate 28 (6:00 - 22:00)
  • Medipharm - Terminal 1, Public Area, Level 3F (7:00 - 21:00)
  • Balance Pharmacy - Terminal 2, Public Area, Level 1BF (7:00 - 21:00)
  • SkyPharm - Terminal 2, Public Area, Level 3F (7:00 - 21:00)
  • Prime Pharmacy - Terminal 2, transit area, departure gates 251/252 (6:30 - 22:00)

Dining options

Always expect a larger selection of cheaper fast-food outlets only in the public areas of both Terminal 1 and 2.

After the security check, the choice of restaurants is very limited. In addition, the businesses that are in the transit area are very small and therefore often hopelessly busy.

If you will be spending a long time at Incheon Airport, be sure to eat before security.

Relaxation zone

The Relaxation Zone offers comfortable loungers to relax and sleep. There are several such zones in both terminals and in the satellite building (Concourse).

Look for "Nap Zone" or "Relax Zone" signage. In this respect, Incheon Airport really is one of the best airports in the world, because you can always find a free lounger for yourself.

The relaxation zones are open free of charge to all passengers 24 hours a day.

Spa and massage

The airport has 3 facilities offering massages or spas.

  • Spa on Air - The public area of Terminal 1 (ground floor near the metro station): showers, hot massage baths and comfortable beds for relaxation are available. For 7 hours you pay 25 000 krw
  • PRANA SPA - Transit area of Terminal 2, classic massages from 10 000 krw, located at departure gates 231 and 268
  • Skin Care/Massage - Terminal 1 transit area, classic massages from 10 000 krw, located at departure gate 25

ATMs and exchange offices

Currency exchange offices can be found at the baggage belts and outside in the arrivals hall. The exchange rates are good it is convenient to exchange dollars.

ATMs are located throughout the airport, both in the arrivals and departures halls. Most Korean ATMs charge their fee of around 3 500 krw.

We were unable to find a fee-free ATM at the airport. If you come across one, please let us know in the comments below this guide.

Travelling with children

In many areas of the airport you will find rooms for parents with small children with comfortable chairs, discreet nursing areas or baby changing stations.

Entry is always free and they are open 24/7.

Both terminals also offer free rental of errands for strollers, which can be dropped off at the departure gate.

Smoking rooms

Ventilated smoking rooms are available in many locations after security checks in both terminals.
